INTERNAL: This beautiful rustic style villa is composed of two floors connected by interior stairs. On the GROUND FLOOR, we will find the living-dining room equipped with TV Sat / Tdt, a beautiful independent fully equipped American kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the other hand, the UPPER FLOOR is formed by three bedrooms (two of them with double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: There is a large terrace, which is also the barbecue area with a traditional oven, from which we can contemplate the impressive views: a space where you can enjoy the company and the magnificent views that the town offers us. Next to it we find the fenced pool, with rectangular shape and 8x4 measures. In addition, on the large plot there is space to park 4 vehicles.

LOCATION: Villa located in a privileged area for its calm, without giving up the proximity to the center of Calpe (2 km) and its sandy beaches (2.7 km).
