This romantic country house is located in a green valley, close to the golf course " La Sella " and is 10 minutes from the sea. It is surrounded by 20,000 m2 of orchard with walking trails and isolated places to sit and enjoy nature. There are about 80 trees among Naranjos Navelina, almond trees and vines with trails around the house. There is also an orchard to grow your own vegetables.

A fountain welcomes visitors at the entrance, a second fountain drips into the enclosed "Venus garden". A small forest with a pond invites us for a walk. The entire garden is planted in the Mediterranean style with mostly native plants and is relatively easy to care for. The large swimming pool is harmoniously located in the surroundings and with a small waterfall and several seats that invite you to swim. Behind the house there is a petanque track and a volleyball/beach field.
Guests and visitors sit in a healthy place of peace and quiet.

The house was built in 2005, although it makes the visitor feel like an old country house. You can enter through an old and imposing wooden door in the large courtyard (100m2) where there is a barbecue with a roof that can be opened. The doors are old and very well renovated and equipped with an electronic locking system. The high quality standard of the house with 35 cm plaster and brick walls, modern windows, solar panels for hot water, TV/telephone in all rooms and underfloor heating / air-conditioning with heat pump are well above average.

The property has its own water supply thanks to the 70 m deep well and additional water supply of agricultural cooperatives and municipal drinking water for the house. The house is connected to the sewerage network.

The house is ideal for demanding people with the space as a house for two families with 7 bedrooms. There is a parking lot for nine cars.
